Workplace Wellness Champion Training

In order to facilitate better mental health awareness in your organisation, RAW Mental Health can train a team member to be a Workplace Wellness Champion.

​

This course will allow you to identify common signs and symptoms of mental health issues with co-workers and initiate a pathway to further support and help.

​

During this course we will look at:

​

  • What is depression & anxiety

  • Recognising symptoms of anxiety, depression and burnout

  • Risk factors for anxiety, depression and burnout

  • Anxiety disorders

  • Alcohol and drug-related mental health issues

  • Psychosis

  • Self-harm

  • First aid for depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts

  • Non-judgmental listening skills

  • Treatment pathways for anxiety, depression and burnout
